Which class level should I choose?
If you are new to Reformer Pilates, start with FOUNDATION. It is designed to help you learn the machine, understand the movements and build confidence. Choose DYNAMIC or REFORMER SCULPT when you are ready for more challenge.
Can I come to a class if it is my first Reformer session?
Absolutely. FOUNDATION is the best place to begin, with clear instruction and a welcoming pace for first-time clients.
Where are the Reformer Revolution studios?
Classes run at our Tufnell Park studio and our Bankside / SE1 studio, conveniently placed for local residents, commuters and working days in London.
How far ahead can I book a class?
We recommend booking ahead through the timetable, especially for popular before-work, lunchtime and after-work sessions. Availability can change quickly.
Are there lunchtime Reformer Pilates classes in Bankside / SE1?
Yes. Our Bankside / SE1 timetable includes sessions designed to fit neatly into a lunch break, so you can move, reset and get back to your day in 50 minutes.
Should I choose Tufnell Park or Bankside / SE1?
Choose the studio that makes regular movement easiest. Tufnell Park may suit your home routine, while Bankside / SE1 is ideal for fitting a class around work, meetings or your commute.
How long is each class?
Our Reformer classes are 50 minutes—enough time for focused, full-body training without taking over your day.
Can I attend different class levels at different times?
Yes. Use the timetable to find the right level for your experience and goals. You can return to FOUNDATION whenever you want to refine your technique, or progress when you feel ready.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and arrive a little early so you can settle in. Grip socks are recommended for your time on the Reformer.
